I've been training with Dan for several years now and would definitely recommend him if you’re serious about getting fit. He’s a great motivator and knows just how far to push you so you’re out of your comfort zone but never reach the point when you give up (he wouldn’t let you anyway!). The sessions are always varied – you can find yourself doing anything from boxing and kickboxing, kettle bells, running up and down hills or killer core work on a fitball. It hurts – but the challenges are delivered with a joke and a smile and plenty of encouragement to get you through to the 100th rep! Before I started training with Dan, I never would have thought I could run more than a few feet without collapsing, then one day he made me run up and down a steep hill five times and I realised I could do it after all. Now I run 10Ks round the park at the weekend – and actually enjoy it. I never would have achieved that on my own.

started working with Daniel in October 2008 .  Actually I wanted to strengthen my shoulder and upper arms after I dislocated my left arm several times in the past years.  Very soon I achieved very good results and now I feel not only stronger in my problem zones, also my whole body looks transformed for the better.  Another benefit is that I lost weight and dropped two dress sizes.
Daniel is very good in customizing his training method to individual needs and ensures that targets are achieved.
